I graduated from The University of Florida in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Theology. To further explore the mind, body, spirit connection, I began massage school in 2000. I have since studied, practiced, and mastered techniques such as Upledger’s Craniosacral Therapy, John Barnes’ Myofascial Release and Unwinding, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Oncology Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone Massage and Thermo Therapeutics, Himalayan Salt Stone Meridian Massage, massage for Fibromyalgia, Massage Cupping, Aromatherapy, Metaphysical Healing with Soul Genesis Clearing, Usui Reiki, Tera Mai Reiki, and Shamanic Touch. I am Trauma informed and have worked with adults in Recovery for the last 8 years.
